Welcome to our Cësa Milia in Ortisei in Val Gardena.
We are pleased that you visit our Cësa Milia. Located in the heart of Ortisei our house is placed in a nice and quiet area. To all our apartments we offer a free parking place in our garage.

From our Cësa Milia it’s only a short walk to the village center with numerous shops, restaurants and cafes. So your car can also have a holiday. The main lift facilities of Ortisei are located in the immediate vicinity of the Cësa Milia and are accessible on foot in a few minutes. The famous Seceda cable car, for example, is situated only 400 meters away and can be reached through the pedestrian tunnel passing directly behind the house. Walkers have the opportunity to go for a walk on the famous Luis Trenker promenade, a flat and sunny path, suitable for strollers, which passes right in front of the house.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Check-in/out:
The apartments are available from 1 pm on the day of arrival and until 9 am on the day of departure.
Please let us know by phone, via WhatsApp, SMS or email.
Arrivals and departures preferably on Saturday.

Booking Confirmation:
The reservation is regarded as binding only after we have received a deposit and sent a written confirmation email.
The apartment may not be occupied by more persons than the number of beds provided or confirmed by us.

Payment:
In cash, on the day of your arrival.

Tourist tax:
The tourist tax amounts to 2.90 euro per person per night. Children up to 14 years for free.
This tax is not included in the price.

Cancellation terms:
In case of late arrival or early departure, we charge the entire booked stay.
In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellation: it sounds annoying and unfortunately it is. Too bad, if someone does not come and the apartment remains free, although other guests would have come with pleasure. For reservations cancelled 30 days prior to the start of the vacation period or in case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the total of entire reservation period.

Daily free entrance to the swimming pool Mar Dolomit:
We offer our guests daily free entrance to the swimming pool of Ortisei Mar Dolomit. Visit the adventure pool Mar Dolomit, the pool area which invites you to relax with an indoor pool, outdoor pool, slides, brine outdoor hot tub with a lazy river, bubble loungers and much more. For children there is an exciting water adventure area with its own slide and children's whirlpool.

Winter in Ortisei - Skiing in the Dolomites
Our Cësa Milia is located in the centre of Ortisei in the Dolomites. From your apartment it is just a stone's throw to the ski school, the ski bus, the Alpe di Siusi, to the cable cars or the escalator. When using it you have a convenient connection to Seceda, the Sellaronda or Selva. The winter landscape in and around Ortisei is gorgeous and extensive.
Lovers of winter walking tours, skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing will definitely get their best of it. The indoor and outdoor pool Mar Dolomit invites you to swim.
In a few minute walk from your apartment house Cësa Milia you will find Après-ski bars, restaurants and numerous sights for your memorable skiing holiday in Ortisei Val Gardena.

Summer in Ortisei - Hiking holiday in Val Gardena
Hiking in our beautiful mountain landscape and seeing our unique protected alpine flora at every turn is unforgettable. You won’t forget your hiking holiday.
A few steps from Cësa Milia you benefit from the escalator. Using it, you comfortably reach the valley station of the Seceda mountain pasture and the funicular to Resciesa. On a mountain walk you might be lucky and hear a marmot whistle. Mountain huts invite you to taste bacon and the local bread "Schüttelbrot", mountain cheese and a glass of red wine.
In Ortisei you can linger in an indoor swimming pool or you can stroll through this beautiful village visiting the attractive pedestrian area.

Ortisei, “St. Ulrich” as the village is called in German or “Urtijëi” as we lovingly say in our mother tongue Ladino, is far more than only a holiday resort for a certain time. Ortisei, with its great range of leisure time activities, is an attitude towards life.
The famous mountaineer Luis Trenker is buried at our village cemetery surrounded by the countryside that he loved so much. Visit his grave and bring him a flower from a mountain walk.
Every morning the Sassolungo, our stunningly beautiful mountain, will tell you how the weather will be like. We say: "If he wears a hut of clouds, the weather is good.” The mountain air is fresh and spicy and you get appetite to taste our South Tyrolean specialties, the local bread “Schüttelbrot”, bacon and a glass of red wine.
